Frederick Lewenowski

Frederick is particularly adept at setting up traffic cones for the Public Works crew. He is fond of saying "Don't rush me! I have two speeds, slow and stop", to which his boss replies "No, you've got two speeds, stupid and stupider."

The Citizens of Hollywood ("Streetmosphere" or street performers who enhance the atmosphere) can be found daily along Hollywood and Sunset Boulevards. Don't be afraid to engage the characters in conversation -- hilarious hijinks are sure to ensue!
