Originally developed for the 1964-65 New York World's Fair, this attraction found it's way to Disneyland where it was closed after six years of operation, and then moved to Walt Disney World.

This attraction shows where we have been as a society over the years from before when we did not have electricity to the near future.

The attraction features an entire cast of Audio Animatronic figures that are very lifelike. The theme song, played by They Might Be Giants will appear in the soundtrack for the new Disney film "Meet the Robinsons".

The Sherman Brothers wrote the original music, and also wrote the theme for "it's a small world, after all".
